Well, I was working in the yard planting a garden and ‘got the call’ from my mother-in-law. Of course, I am just a bit up the road from the lake, and she is right on the edge. She called to let me know that the Canada Geese that were nesting across the lake were in her yard with babies! So, I dropped everything and rushed over there to try and get some pictures of them. Of course the lighting wasn’t perfect, they started to move off as soon as they saw me, but I did get a few good images of seven new baby geese who are now my neighbors.
