The surprising thing about the Adirondacks (for me) is the fact that there are flowers EVERYWHERE. Each week seems to bring out some new variety and color. The Tiger Lillies are everywhere, but I’ve not had TOO much luck getting a good shot of the wild ones that is interesting enough. But, in my OWN yard, there are all kinds of flowers that were a) here to begin with, b) were moved around by me c) PLANTED by me, or d) returned home because my sister-in-law dug some up and returned them back where they came from :-0
Anyway, I’ve done some other work, that I just haven’t gotten to, but I went out this morning because I liked the light, there was no wind, and it had rained during the night, leaving everything fresh and clean. This one in particular grabbed my attention!
